Barbie Fashion Show
by Candice CooperTeaming up with Barbie and her friends, you will take on the role of fashion designer and customize fashion shows from the ground up.
Starting in your first of three design studios, you are given an assignment to put together 3 outfits with a specific theme for a runway show. Themes include: School Spirit, Pajama Party, The 70's, etc. Earning new fabrics and patterns with each assignment, use your imagination to create the greatest fashions of our times. Once your designs are complete, choose a model for each outfit and select cool hairstyles and shoes.
Now let's move on to the stage. Choose a backdrop that compliments your fashion theme and select the runway of your choice. Decorate the stage with colorful spotlights and theme-based props setting it all to music. During the practice show, customize the perfect moves and poses for the models to show off your beautiful designs. When you are satisfied with your work, start the show and snap pictures of the models as they sashay, twirl, and strut to the music and lights at the Greatest Fashion Show ever!
This game is great fun for all ages. My girls, ages 4 and 10 fell in love with it as soon as it was installed and I even opened my own file after watching them play. Each theme assignment unlocks more fabrics and patterns equaling 240 fabrics in all! Add special touches with decals, trims, and more. Each new show offers new backdrops, runway shapes, spotlights, props, and music. The creativity is endless!
The gameplay is fairly smooth, but can bog down a bit at times. The graphics are clear and the colors are vivid. This game is a great choice for the little fashion designer in your family.
