Crib Notes: A Random Reference For The Modern Parent
The perfect gift to give anyone expecting their first, second or twenty-second child.
I absolutely love this book! It is chalked full of pointless but really interesting tidbits of information that you don't need to know -- but want to. Like, how to finally understand what a second cousin, once removed is. Or, what the grim (and I mean GRIM!) fates of the villains in Grimm's fairy tale books were. These two examples are just a small part of what the book has to offer within its 143 pages.
And, because of the nature of the book, it is one that can and will be enjoyed time and again and should be shared among many. The only thing that I can suggest it is lacking is a clear warning on its cover; being that once you've got a taste this book's first few pages you will find it nearly impossible to put down until you've read every page. Great read!
