Dinosailors
Your dino-crew consists of 6 different dinosaurs including: a T-rex as the cabin boy, a triceratops as the second mate and a hadrosaurus as the captain.
The Dinosailors cry "AHOY!" and off on a sea adventure they go.
They are hearty and dino-tough... or so they think. With rough seas from a passing storm, and having eaten far too much food earlier, their dino-tummies cry, "It won't stay down!" The next page is viewed from a distance and we were VERY glad for that, because you know that they are all losing their lunch. Finally, the dino-crew concedes to the elements, and they head back to shore, where soon after, they are off on a new adventure.
The rhyming in the story is fun. The illustrations are dino-GREAT!!! There are plenty of very amusing colors and the pictures are wonderful, even though one or two might be a little "dino-GROSS"!
My daughter and son, aged 5 and 2 both really enjoyed this book! Dinosaurs are a hot topic in our household right now and Dinosailors added to their fun. One of their favorite pastimes is pretending they are dinosaurs, now they like to be Dinosailors sailing on the rough and rocky sea! Though their stomachs have proven to be stronger, thankfully!
