I Want My Potty

by Lisa Woodworth

When this story's little princess tires of her yucky diapers, her mother offers her a potty. At first, she fights the concept tooth and nail until she realizes that the potty isn't so bad after all...in fact it's kind of fun!

This is one that will be read often. It has just the right amount of humour to lessen the fears of this very big, albeit intriguing subject for our toddlers. It really is quite an amusing little book that when read together, helps parents and their children face the issues of learning to perfect the potty together. It shows us that using the potty is something to be proud of but that also sometimes accidents happen while leaning and that's okay -- it's all a part of the learning process and we shouldn't get discouraged by them.

Great book!
