It's Hard to Be Five: Learning How to Work My Control Panel

by Lisa Woodworth

A great story that you and your child will enjoy reading. And, simply looking at its pages is also an absolute joy.

For parents that may be pulling out their hair dealing with their five year old's new or changing temperament and attitude, this book is a cute reminder that BEING that five year old has its own trials and tribulations too. It's not as easy as it seems to be.

Try, if you may, to think back to the first days of school and all of the new rules that accompany that. It was scary. As with everything else, however, there are positives that always accentuate the negatives. This book emphasizes all those great things such as more independence, yet still being young enough to walk like a ninja down the street without getting locked up!

This is a book that kids definitely will enjoy. The story is fun and its illustrations are awesome! There is so much going on in its pages that every time you and your child read the book, you'll find something that you didn't catch the last time.
