Pigs (Munsch for Kids Series)

by Coreen Damm

Megan fails to heed her father's warning when she goes out to feed the pigs. And, she is then surprised to find her pigs in the most unlikely of places.

This is a very funny book with wonderfully detailed illustrations that will have your children (and you) laughing all the way back to the pen. Consistent with Munsch's style, this story contains a lot of repetitive language and sounds, which make it appropriate for pre-readers and new readers alike.

My children loved this book. They found the illustrations hilarious and they loved to make the sounds, "oink, oink oink" and "wap, wap, wap, wap, wap." Read it, you'll understand.
