Pinky Dinky Doo

by Erin Mariasine

The story is about a little girl named Pinky Doo who enjoys telling funny made up stories to her younger brother.

In this book, she tells a story about a girl (also named Pinky Doo) who can't find her shoes. So instead Pinky Doo decides to wear food (yes, food!) on her feet to school. On this day, she decided to wear baloney. When she got to school she couldn't believe that other children had had the same idea. Crazier still, her teacher wore roasted chickens on her feet! Lunchtime was particularly funny, but I'd recommend that you read what happens for yourself... laughs guaranteed!

Children will love the story, as it is quite silly and the text is very interactive. What's more, the pictures are fun, and the artwork is second to none.

The book inspires children to use their own imagination and to make up their own stories
