Shredderman: Secret Identity

by Freddy S. Zalta

Having read Shredderman: Secret Identity I must admit that I love this kid! Nolan is every nerd's hero and he comes out shining red and gold!

This book is written by an adult who can relate to a kids without speaking down to them. Too many children's shows and books do a preaching/teaching gimmick that kids see right through. This book takes us down the hallways of elementary school with Nolan who is always being called Nerd. Nolan is helped by his role models; Mr. Green, his teacher, who will remind every reader of that one teacher who always had a positive effect on his/her students. Nolan's mother and father are both supportive and caring and in the end show us how love and support win over anger and physical bullying.

I look forward to the rest of the Shredderman series!
