Cranium Hullabaloo

by Lisa Nothnagel

When we received this game, my daughter HAD to open it right away! Everything else was put on hold as she was so excited. Thankfully it was an unbelievable easy set-up. We just had to add 3 AA batteries to the talking audio console and scatter the 16 colorful play pads on the floor. Then the fun could begin!

To get the rules of the game all you have to do is press the hullabaloo audio console and it explains everything! Up to 6 people can play together. That evening though, my daughter decided to play the game by herself since the rest of the family was busy preparing supper. She was having so much fun, that one by one we all stopped what we were doing to go and play the game with her.

That night, we decided to have a hullabaloo party the next day. We invited 5 of her friends over, both boys and girls, to play Cranium Hullabaloo. I can't even explain how much fun that afternoon was. I sat and watched a few games; they all had a great time!

The game is not at all gender specific. It was so funny to see all the kids looking around franticly to find the right game pad and jump, spin or do what ever the hullabaloo audio console instructed them to do. With thousands of game variations the fun never ends.

It also has a volume button, which came in handy that afternoon; as you can imagine there was a lot of laughing and uncontrollable giggles so it was great to turn up the sound so that everyone could hear.
