We're all familiar with the traditional fairy tales: The princess finds herself in danger, gets rescued by a handsome prince, and they all live happily ever after. But life just isn't like that, and why set young girls up for disappointment? Thankfully, there's a new breed of movies touting Girl-Power: girls who take charge, get the job done, and rescue themselves, thank you very much. Here are a few movies that fit the bill.
