Mommy & Me - More Playgroup Favorites

The DVD Mommy and Me gives children of all ages an opportunity to dance and sing to kids' all-time favorite children songs.
The DVD Mommy and Me was a big hit with my nine-month-old daughter. She loved the songs, as she was familiar with most of the melodies already. Throughout her first listening to the music my daughter kept bouncing her body up and down.
The movie was also a big hit with my husband, as he was able to sing along with the on-screen lyrics. It gave him a chance to learn the songs that my daughter and I sing at the weekly music class we attend.
Featured on the DVD are a mommy kangaroo and her baby. They introduce each song in a sweet and loving way. Following the introduction, mommies with their children, of all ages and nationalities, sing along to all of our favorite children's songs.
Each song includes a unique visual background. Children of all ages can enjoy and following along to the music, lyrics and with the other children on screen. It is this participation, which makes this movie actively interactive!
Another element of the DVD that I really enjoyed was that each song either includes puppets, musical instruments or a parachute, which most children (whose parents have DVD players) will have at least one of at home. I felt this to be an endearing feature as children can play along with the kids on the screen.
Last, but certainly not least, the love that is shown between the mommies and their children is heart-warming.
Also noteworthy, I commend the production for including two fathers in the footage, as unfortunately not everyone has a mother.
