Operation: Shrek Edition
by Melissa LawyerPerform the operation without making his nose light up or making the game vibrate and you've been successful. If you complete the operation, you get money. Whoever has the most money at the end of the game wins. It has twelve parts to operate on, but not the parts you're used to!
Special Edition Shrek Operation is an amazing game. I haven't had such fun in a long time. My family and I played the game and we had a blast! It was so much fun trying to keep your hand still enough to grab the piece and get it out without making Shrek's nose light up. Every time we succeeded every one clapped and shouted! If were not able to retrieve the the part, it was funny to watch that person jump because the nose lit up and the game vibrated.
There are twelve hilarious illnesses in all. Try to get "Toe Jam", "Onion Breath", "Pixie Bites" or "Ear wax"! This game is suggested for ages 6+, but my son who is 4 played it very well. With younger children you can make some adjustments. After we played the game with our children we said everyone won because we all got money. Then I put the pieces back in and let them chose the one they wanted to try to remove. Back and forth they took turns and didn't concern themselves with the rules. I saw that my children were learning to be patient during this game. They had to wait their turn and be calm when they tried to get the piece out. My family had such a good time playing this game.
